We clean all types of residential windows, including:

Hard-to-reach windows (we use ladders and extension tools)
Do I need to be home for the window cleaning service?
It’s easiest if you are home, but it’s not required. If you are not home, we ask that you provide access to the windows (through gates, garages, etc.) or let us know of any specific instructions beforehand. Also, we would request access to a spigot (tap) to fill buckets.
What is the cost of window cleaning?
The cost of window cleaning depends on the size of your home, the number of windows, and their condition. We offer free, no-obligation quotes. Please contact us to receive an accurate estimate. A few photos is very helpful.
What are the business hours?
Any daylight hours! Generally speaking, 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For most homes, we recommend cleaning windows at least once per year However, if you live in a high-traffic area or near trees, you may need more frequent cleanings.
Are your cleaning products safe?
Yes! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Our solutions are effective yet gentle on your windows and your home.
What should I do to prepare for a window cleaning service?
To ensure a smooth experience, please:
- Remove any items near your windows (such as furniture, curtains, or
- decorations)
- Open any blinds or curtains to allow easy access
- Well-lit windows are helpful so we can see any dirt/smudges/streaks
- Let us know about any special requests or concerns you might have
Do you clean both the inside and outside of windows?
Yes! Our team cleans both the interior and exterior of your windows, ensuring that they’re spotless from all angles. If you only need one side cleaned, please let us know, and we’ll tailor the service to your needs.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my scheduled cleaning?
We prioritize your safety and the quality of our work. If there is inclement weather (like rain or high winds), we may need to reschedule your service for a safer and more effective cleaning experience.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer seasonal promotions and discounts for regular customers. You can also save by scheduling multiple services at once, such as window cleaning and solar panel cleaning.
How long does it take to clean my windows?
The time required depends on the number of windows and their condition. On average, a typical residential window cleaning takes between 1-3 hours.
What happens if there’s damage to my windows during cleaning?
We take great care while cleaning your windows. In the unlikely event that any damage occurs, we are fully insured and will take responsibility for repairs or replacements.
Do you clean window screens and tracks?
Yes! We offer cleaning of window screens, tracks, and sills. If you would like extra attention given to these areas, let us know during the booking process.
Can you clean high or hard-to-reach windows?
Yes! We have specialized equipment, including water-fed poles and ladders, to clean windows that are difficult to access. Safety is our priority, and we are experienced in handling these situations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, and personal checks. Payment is due upon completion of the service
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have Workmen’s Compensation and Liability insurance. This is important in the rare case of accidents when working on ladders, and with window washing equipment.
